Since childhood, I lived in a fog of confusion, sadness, and silence. When I was finally diagnosed with severe depression in my twenties, it explained a lot — but the help stopped there. I needed more than labels. I needed healing, insight, and understanding.

So I trained myself. I studied psychology, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Inner Family System Therapy, healing the inner
child therapy, sexual abuse trauma recovery, neglect and emotional processing. I became my own guide — and now I use that journey to help others untangle years of silent suffering.
